At CardsHouse you can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. To process a return please contact us before shipping the product.
Please proceed with a return only after receiving the return authorization.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must be in the original packaging, the protective seal must not be removed.
Please include your order details and contact information within the package.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
In case of a return, we always suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable and do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not tracked. In such circumstances, you must contact your shipping company.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If anything is missing or the product is not in like-new condition, your return may not be accepted or a partial refund may be issued depending on the condition of the goods received back. Please note that shipping costs originally paid on your order are non-refundable.
